Dinara S. is a multidisciplinary design leader with more than 15 years of experience shaping user experience strategy, service design, and data‑driven solutions across Fortune 100 companies, federal agencies, and global organizations.

At Capital One, she has led enterprise‑level UX initiatives spanning associate experience during the Discover acquisition, a multi‑year transformation of Talent & Performance Management, and foundational research and design for the Machine Learning Feature Data Platform. Her work is defined by systems thinking, cross‑functional collaboration, and a commitment to research‑informed design that improves experiences at scale.

She is also the web designer for the American Diversity Project.

Before joining Capital One, Dinara guided UX and data visualization programs at Boost Labs, delivering insight‑driven solutions for clients such as HUD.gov, GHX, and Advito. She previously led design teams at Insomniac Design, contributed to major federal web modernization efforts at BAE Systems, and built her early foundation in editorial and visual communication through roles at Ohio University, the Evansville Courier & Press, and Western Kentucky University.
