Personal Statement:
I love good storytelling and I want to improve my own storytelling abilities. I watch a lot of NPPA videos online and I want to develop into one of the best photojournalists in the business. I’ve been a photographer at my station for about a year and I love challenging myself everyday to tell the best story I can for our audience. There is nothing more important in my job than doing right by the people that we do stories on. My station doesn’t pay for the workshop so scholarship would enable me to go.
